1. SERVICE ACCOUNTANT- SL: 2 people

Job description:

  • Check and review the work and data related to accounting-finance of the Company in accordance with the rules, order and process.
  • Monitor customer debts, control debt collection of Sales Department and Accounting Department.
  • Check the accounted entries. Give comments on handling if errors or non-conformities are detected.
  • Prepare accounting entries when required
  • Check documents and reports from Accounting Department and other departments when required.

Request:

  • Education level: University graduate majoring in Accounting, Auditing;
  • Working experience in Accounting, Auditing positions from 3 years or more. Understanding of Accounting Law, accounting-financial rules, tax policies and arising accounting operations.
  • Office skills: proficient in Excel, accounting software

2. BUSINESS STAFF- SL:3 people

Job description:

  • Searching for customers, taking orders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers before, during and after sales
  • Monitor contract performance, control debt

Request:

  • High school graduate or above in related majors;
  • Good communication, work under pressure;
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Working experience in similar position from 1 year or more.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in building materials business (steel, cement,...), interior and exterior business, equipment...

3. HUMAN RESOURCES - SL: 1 person

Job description:

  • Responsible for training (internal and external)
  • Implement and monitor recruitment in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement and monitor salary, bonus and other benefits for employees in accordance with the Company's regulations
  • Other administrative and human resource tasks at the request of the Manager

Request:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of work experience

4. TECHNICAL STAFF - SL: 3 People

Job description:

  • Control the quality of concrete when delivering to customers
  • Check and fix product quality problems.

Request:

  • Graduated from Intermediate level or higher in the majors of Silicate Chemistry, Building Materials, Construction…
  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in the construction industry
