color: #000000;\">Good team management, abilities to motivate and encourage employees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Have at least 3-year experience in management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
