In the first quarter of 2024, Dufago witnessed a strong transformation in tracking and managing work through the adoption of the OKRs method (Objectives and Key Results). The strict application of OKRs was approved at the Strategic Conference held at the end of 2023.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

OKRs \u2013 a performance management method, adopted by many large companies such as Google, Intel, and Microsoft. This system uses ambitious objectives and measurable key results to track progress and evaluate success. It helps each individual and team to have a clear direction for the goals to be achieved and the key results to be monitored, thereby promoting transparency and enhancing the ability to measure work outcomes accurately.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
