Occupational safety-related issues are currently of great interest to many people and also has been at the forefront of Dufago for many years resulting in the tasks set to solve the above problems. These tasks include occupational safety training, on-site safe deployment, and regularly routine inspection and maintenance of pump trucks. Details are shown as follow:
Occupational safety training:
Trainings regarding to occupational safety and pump operation take place regularly from quarterly to annually, which is also the training culture at Dufago. In addition, pump operators are always checked for safety before starting to pump.
Safe Deployment:
On-site deployment is relatively strict, including:
– Always chock wood blocks under the outriggers when stretching the arm of the pump truck.
– Always equip signs, construction cones, warning wires, warning lights at night during pumping process.
– Always set up a fence, hoarding, or a tarpaulin.
– Occupational safety officers must always be present at the construction sites to where the company delivers concrete.
Periodic inspection and maintenance of equipment and pump trucks
Periodic inspection and maintenance for the safety of pump equipment need to take place monthly at the batching plant and annually at the manufactory.
