In the first quarter of 2024, Dufago witnessed a strong transformation in tracking and managing work through the adoption of the OKRs method (Objectives and Key Results). The strict application of OKRs was approved at the Strategic Conference held at the end of 2023.
OKRS – A BREAKTHROUGH TOOL TO BOOST PERFORMANCE
OKRs – phương pháp quản lý hiệu suất làm việc, được nhiều công ty lớn áp dụng như: Google, Intel và Microsoft. Hệ thống này sử dụng các mục tiêu đầy tham vọng (Objectives) và các kết quả then chốt đo lường được (Key Results) để theo dõi tiến độ và đánh giá thành công. Điều đó giúp mỗi cá nhân và nhóm làm việc định hướng rõ ràng mục tiêu cần đạt được và các kết quả then chốt cần theo dõi, qua đó thúc đẩy tính minh bạch và tăng cường khả năng đo lường kết quả công việc một cách chính xác.
This method has been applied by Dufago for 4 years, and now has been deeply integrated into the digital transformation system, making the process of monitoring and evaluating work results simpler and more accurate.
APPLICATION OF OKRS AT DUFAGO
In Q1/2024, Dufago conducted in-depth training on OKRs for all employees, from management to base staff, so that everyone could understand and implement OKRs effectively.
Dufago has deployed OKRs for all levels of employees in the company. Each employee was assigned a set of OKRs, tailored to their role and responsibilities. The company's leadership regularly monitors the progress of OKRs and provides feedback to employees (this process is CFR).

One of the highlights of the OKRs deployment at Dufago is the reward program for individuals and teams who have excelled in achieving or exceeding their OKRs targets. In the past Q1/2024, there were 08 individuals who excellently completed their OKRs, including:

THE FUTURE WITH OKRS AT DUFAGO
With the upgrade of the OKRs management system in the first quarter of 2024, Dufago expects to continue expanding and improving this method in the following quarters.
