DUFAGO AND THE STRONG TRANSFORMATION WITH OKRS IN Q1/2024

In the first quarter of 2024, Dufago witnessed a strong transformation in tracking and managing work through the adoption of the OKRs method (Objectives and Key Results). The strict application of OKRs was approved at the Strategic Conference held at the end of 2023.

OKRS – A BREAKTHROUGH TOOL TO BOOST PERFORMANCE

OKRs – a performance management method, adopted by many large companies such as Google, Intel, and Microsoft. This system uses ambitious objectives and measurable key results to track progress and evaluate success. It helps each individual and team to have a clear direction for the goals to be achieved and the key results to be monitored, thereby promoting transparency and enhancing the ability to measure work outcomes accurately. 

The OKR progress review sessions at Dufago are held regularly twice a month

This method has been applied by Dufago for 4 years, and now has been deeply integrated into the digital transformation system, making the process of monitoring and evaluating work results simpler and more accurate.

APPLICATION OF OKRS AT DUFAGO

In Q1/2024, Dufago conducted in-depth training on OKRs for all employees, from management to base staff, so that everyone could understand and implement OKRs effectively.

The OKRs at Dufago are operated transparently and openly among departments and employees

Dufago has deployed OKRs for all levels of employees in the company. Each employee was assigned a set of OKRs, tailored to their role and responsibilities. The company's leadership regularly monitors the progress of OKRs and provides feedback to employees (this process is CFR).

One of the highlights of the OKRs deployment at Dufago is the reward program for individuals and teams who have excelled in achieving or exceeding their OKRs targets. In the past Q1/2024, there were 08 individuals who excellently completed their OKRs, including:
