Job description:
Develop market, find customer and receive orders.
Create and maintain good relationship with customers, take care customers before, during and after sales.
Build and carry out busniess plans of the Branch, make monthly/quarterly reports to supervisors.
Summarize feedbacks of customers and other departments, frequently update changes of markets, competitors, support and solve arising problems.
Train and supervise performance of Sales Staff.
Requirement:
- Age: From 25-35
- Graduate from College or University, major in: Economics/Construction/Architecture/Business Administration...
- Skills: Good at Comnunication, negotiation, persuasion
- Good team management, abilities to motivate and encourage employees.
- Have at least 2 years of experience. Having experience in construction materials and ready-mixed concrete... is a plus
