Job description:
– Khai thác thị trường, tìm kiếm khách hàng, tiếp nhận đơn đặt hàng
– Thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng trước, trong và sau bán hàng
– Xây dựng và thực hiện các kế hoạch kinh doanh của chi nhánh, báo cáo kết quả cho cấp trên theo định kỳ tháng/quý.
– Tổng hợp phản hồi từ các bộ phận và khách hàng, thường xuyên cập nhật những thay đổi của thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh, hỗ trợ đề xuất các giải pháp để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh
– Đào tạo, giám sát công việc bán hàng của Nhân viên kinh doanh
Requirement:
- Age: From 25-35
- Graduate from College or University, major in: Economics/Construction/Architecture/Business Administration...
- Skills: Good at Comnunication, negotiation, persuasion
- Good team management, abilities to motivate and encourage employees.
- Have at least 2 years of experience. Having experience in construction materials and ready-mixed concrete... is a plus
