SMALL CONCRETE (AERETED CONCRETE)

What is lightweight concrete?

This is a lightweight concrete with low density from 350 kg/m3 to 600kg/m3 with strength at 28 days old reaching 1.5-2.5MPa, insulation K=0.1W/(mk). Formed by the uniform distribution of air bubbles with a density of 60g/liter in the cement water.

Material composition.

Ingredients include clean water, PCB40 cement and special foaming additives.

Usage benefits.

  • Has a very good heat and sound insulation effect. More durable than conventional insulation materials.
  • Does not catch fire, does not explode when there is a fire like conventional soundproof insulation materials.
  • Usually used for roof, soundproof walls for buildings or insulation for furnaces.
  • Reducing the load on the building helps to reduce the cost of the foundation and the bearing structure. Suitable for works on weak geology.
  • It is an environmentally friendly unburnt lightweight material.
