Year 2020 is a year full of difficulties and challenges for Dufago Construction Materials Joint Stock Company due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and floods in the Central region of Viet Nam.
However, with the foundations and orientations built at the 2019 business strategy conference and the rapid and timely changes in strategy in the early phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dufago Dufago achieved a number of successes in 2020. And one of the big changes over the past year is expanding the construction materials business field..
In order to continue to have development orientations in 2021, the Company held a "Strategic Conference and Key Objectives 2021" in 2 days from November 28th to 29th, 2020 at the Company's office, 233 Dien Bien Phu – DaNang.
At this Conference Dufago applied the method of objective management OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to establish the central goals of each department, and board .. to create a great development for the company year 2021.
To celebrate the success of the conference on the evening of November 29th 2020, the company organized the Gala Dinner exchange, creating an atmosphere of excitement, enthusiasm and relaxing moments after 2 days of the full conference stress.
